1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VoiceGo platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. VoiceGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

VoiceGo provides online educational courses and programs focused on speech development, voice training, public speaking, content creation, and related skills. The Service includes access to video lessons, exercises, training materials, and interactive tools. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VoiceGo or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from VoiceGo.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. VoiceGo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoiceGo provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
